It is important to Boca Freeze^® that you, as the consumer, are able to distinguish the difference between 100% Crystalline Fructose and High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS), as the two are mistakenly confused as the same product.

Crystalline Fructose is a natural sugar found in fruits, vegetables, and honey. Crystalline Fructose works well as part of a low-GI (glycemic index) diet, whereas HFCS is composed of nearly equal amounts of fructose and glucose.

Using an artificial sweetener or refined sugar was not an option. That is why it was essential for us to create a product that was Fat Free and sweetened with this natural sugar.
